NGL: Updates to COVID-19 Policyholder Processes
60 day free look period
In a continuing effort to aid our policyholders we are extending the end date of the 60 day free look period from July 1, 2020 to September 1, 2020. This means policies issued between April 22, 2020 through September 1, 2020 will be eligible for the extended free look time frame of 60 days instead of the contractual 30 days.
120 day grace period
We will continue to offer the extended 120 day grace period for policyholders as long as the pandemic continues. Prior to returning to our normal grace period of 60 days, we will determine and communicate a process that keeps our policyholders financial interest in mind.
