If you are in the state of California or New York, the DI Choice Portfolio is still available for you to sell. When submitting a DI Choice application, you can submit a DI Tele-App on Accident Only, Short-Term, Long-Term and Business Overhead Expense products in the DI Choice Portfolio. The DI Tele-App for your state can be found in Forms and Materials.
