Lumico: COVID-19 Policy Print Update

Due to COVID-19, we have experienced a delay at our policy mailing facility, and are aware that customers are hesitant to receive or open their mail packages due to health concerns.

 

Please note that this delay is in policy mailing only. There is no impact to the issuance of the policy, or our ability to put the policy in-force. Policies have been issued and posted to the portal for access by policyholders. To help address delivery delays, and customer concerns in opening mail, please consider reinforcing how customers can go to Lumico.com; register for their customer portal login; and instantly access their electronic documents.

 

We are working to resolve the policy mailing issue as quickly as possible. We’ll be following up with you later this week with help guides for the customer registration process.
