Completing an enrollment form in English/Spanish will determine which phone number is displayed to complete a telephonic signature. The phone number is not determined by the language preference selected within the enrollment form.
If a prospective member prefers Spanish as their language preference and wishes to complete their enrollment via telephonic signature in Spanish, ensure that “Spanish” is selected on the Workbench prior to starting the enrollment form.
