As a result of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz) regular review processes, we discovered a calculation error which caused your clients’ contract values to be less than they should have been. We will be notifying your clients that we’ve updated the impacted values and that their contracts will be corrected going forward. If payments have been made or if the contract has been terminated, the client received less than they should have and we will send a check to compensate them for the difference.
