Four Underwriting Classes for our LifeStyle Solutions LTCi plan that considers*:

  • Cystic Fibrosis (age 50 or younger)
  • Insulin Dependent Diabetes (less than 75 units)
  • History of Cancer (skin, breast or prostate)

Our LSS Select LTCi plan underwrites Impaired Risks, including*:

  • Insulin Dependent Diabetes (over 75 units)
  • Parkinson’s and MS with no limits in ADL’s or IADL’s
  • Osteoporosis with breaks or fractures


We also have exciting news for our licensed Louisiana producers!  You can now access our stand-alone Short Term Home Health Care insurance plan, “Short-Term Golden Advantage“.  This plan provides an ideal alternative for those individuals who want to purchase some type of coverage, but are
not necessarily interested in or cannot afford a comprehensive plan.
