Personal Choice Annuity Rate Adjustment – Effective 11/17/2014


Effective November 17, 2014 Sentinel Plan’s Multi-Year Guarantee Annuity rates for the 5 and 7 year products has decreased 10 basis points. To download the updated Annuity Rate Sheet, you may click below or you may also download at any time using our Agent Portal.

Improvements to our E-App


There have been some improvements made to our E-Application. There have been a few streamlined changes, but most notably:

  • Agents can now e-Sign from the “View My Cases” dashboard by choosing “e-Sign” from the
    Case Action    s drop down menu. This e-Sign case action is available in addition to the traditional e-Signature e-mail notifications.
  • The touch-to-sign option is now available on Windows-based tablets.

  • Agents may re-send the e-mail that includes a copy of the signed application to their clients. The “Re-Send E-mail” option is located in the Case Actions drop down menu.


To try our E-App, you may log in to the Agent Portal and click on the iGo Button. The Quick Start Guide below is available for download through this e-mail, and also in the Agent Portal Dashboard.

Improved Document Portal for Tablet Users


Previously, our document portal did not allow tablet users to download and view documents in their entirety, just the front page. We have made updates to our system now allowing you to download the documents from your tablet and view the entire document without hassle.

 

If you prefer showing clients different forms and marketing pieces electronically rather than carrying paper, give this a try! Simply log in from your tablet as you would from your desktop, and download a form.
