Effective January 20, 2015

Phoenix Personal Protection Choice is now available for sale in Alaska, Oregon and Washington.
While the Care Protection enhanced guaranteed withdrawal benefit is not available in these states, this product also offers options for guaranteed lifetime income and an enhanced death benefit.

The Credit Suise Tactical Multi Asset Index is now available in New Jersey with all Phoenix fixed indexed annuities.
