BLIZZARD OF 2015 OPERATIONS AND SALES SUPPORT UPDATE

To ensure uninterrupted service through a major blizzard in our home office locations, Phoenix Operations and Sales teams have implemented business continuity procedures and  will be open on Tuesday, January 27.  Team members will
continue to contract and assist agents, run quotes and illustrations, process applications, underwrite life applicants and pay commissions today.

Marketing and forms fulfillment orders may continue to be submitted through Phoenix’s marketing catalog, and will ship when roads open and UPS and FedEx services resume, likely Wednesday.
