LTC Rate Adjustment Approved- AL and OR

On April
1, 2014, we will begin implementation of the LTCi rate adjustment on
in-force business in Alabama and Oregon.  Below is what each state has
approved.

For a complete list of approved states and additional information on the
LTCi rate adjustment, visit the designated LTCi rate adjustment page on Sales
Professional Access (SPA).

Letters to clients informing them of rate increases will be sent out
before February
1, 2014.

Effective TODAY,
your Impacted Policyholder Report is available on the LTCi rate adjustment
page, reference the Tools section and select the Impacted Policyholder
Reports.
