At LifeSecure, we are committed to offering insurance products that are priced appropriately
and meet the obligations made to our policyholders. After careful evaluation of our Personal Accident insurance policy’s performance outside of Michigan and Ohio, we have decided to temporarily cease sales of the Personal Accident Insurance product in all other states.
Effective March 24, 2014, our Personal Accident Insurance product will no longer be available in
the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, DE, DC, ID, IN, IA, KY, LA, MS, MO, NC, NE, NV, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WV, WI, WY
We plan to offer a refreshed/repriced version of our individual Personal Accident Insurance product in most states in 2015.

When is the deadline to submit a Personal Accident Insurance application in the states listed above?
Applications may be entered online at www.YourLifeSecure.com through midnight on Sunday, March 23, 2014. Please keep in mind that the product will continue to be available in Michigan and Ohio.
Do you plan to cease sales of Personal Accident Insurance in Michigan and Ohio?
No. There are no plans to cease sales of our current Personal Accident Insurance product in Michigan or Ohio before a refreshed/repriced version of the product is available in those states later in 2014. Details regarding the new Personal Accident product and its pricing are not yet available.
Will existing Personal Accident Insurance policies remain in force?
Yes, existing Personal Accident Insurance policies will remain in force. The decision to temporarily
cease new business sales will not impact existing policyholders.
