Long term care planning can be an emotional topic that clients prefer to avoid. Long Term Care Awareness
Month presents a great opportunity to introduce or
revisit this topic and share important information with your clients.
Before submitting an application, please be sure that
each party’s contact information is entered correctly
– including yours. There have been a few instances
recently where agents are placing their personal email
address in the email address field meant for
applicants. This is a HIPAA/privacy issue, as
LifeSecure occasionally sends notifications and
information that are protected by privacy laws to
applicants via email.
