Adverse decision letters update
In accordance with our revised New Business/Underwriting Best
Practices, effective April 14th, adverse decision letters will be
mailed directly to the applicants with a copy to the agent. In
addition, in cases where the LTC application has been declined or
postponed, the applicable refund check will be returned directly to
the applicant.
