The John Hancock Investor Sentiment Index® continued its upward
trend of the past two quarters, increasing to +23 in the first quarter
of 2014 from +22 in the fourth quarter of last year. For more

Money orders no longer accepted for initial premium payment

Effective immediately, we will no longer accept money orders

Adverse decision letters update – today, April 14

In accordance with our revised New Business/Underwriting Best
Practices, effective today, April 14th, adverse decision letters will
be mailed directly to the applicants with a copy to the agent. In
addition, in cases where the LTC application has been declined or
postponed, the applicable refund check will be returned directly to
the applicant.
