You can only submit the combination application (Advantage
Plus with Lump Sum Cancer Policy) on the Agent Portal.
However, if you submit the combo application it will not
be eligible for GTL’s Straight Through Processing.

All GTL iPad Apps
MUSTbe updated on January 2, 2014.
On the iPad App, Advantage Plus with new riders is only
available. The Lump Sum Cancer Policy section is not
available. If you would like to submit the combo
application, you can submit it on the Agent Portal or a
paper application.
Important: Advantage Plus Updates:
Effective January
2, 2014, the Durable Medical Equipment Rider will be
discontinued on our Advantage Plus product. We have
revised the brochures, applications, rates and outlines of
coverage to reflect this change.
Please be advised,
effective January 2, 2014 we will no longer be offering
the old Ambulance and Skilled Nursing Facility riders in
the states that have approved the new riders. All
applications dated December 31st and earlier must be
submitted by January 6, 2014.
