Safe Outlook Bailout Cap Decreases Effective January 7 

As you may be aware, U.S. treasury rates directly affect the interest
rates and features offered by our annuity products. Due to the recent
decline in 10-year treasury rates and steadily rising volatility rates,
the following change is effective January 7, 2015:

·     The Safe Outlook bailout cap
is decreasing to 3% for both the point-to-point and monthly averaging
indexed strategies. This is a change from the previous 50 bps spread. 

Order tickets signed by Tuesday, January 6 and received by Tuesday, January 13 must have funds in the Home Office by Friday, February 6 to receive the previous rates.

Please remember to complete your annual LIMRA anti-money laundering (AML) refresher course by December 31, 2014. If you do not complete the training by year-end, commissions will be held until the training is completed. If you have
