Rate Decreases Effective February 24 & March 21

Fixed Annuity Decreases

Rates are decreasing for the following fixed annuities effective Monday, February 24, 2014.

-SecureGain 5

-SecureGain 7

-Secure American

Order tickets with checks received in the Home Office by end of business day Friday, February 21 will be processed with the previous rates. Transfers and
rollovers received by February 21 must have funds in the Home Office by
Friday, March 21 to receive the previous rate.

Fixed-Indexed Annuity Decreases

Rates are decreasing for the following fixed-indexed annuities effective Friday, March 21, 2014.

-American Legend II

-American Legend III

-American Valor 10

-Safe Outlook

Rates will be determined by the date money is received, regardless of the order ticket date. In order to receive the previous rate, funds must be received by

Thursday, March 20.
