New commission option available for American Legend III!

Great news! The American Legend III now offers a Trail AV commission option. As a reminder, Trail AV pays an upfront commission plus an immediate trail payment the first
contract year followed by quarterly trail payments for the life of the contract base on the account value.

Reminder – Rate decreases effective October 27 & November 21

Please remember, due to the recent decline in 10-year treasury rates and
steadily rising volatility rates, the following changes are effective October 27 and November 21, 2014.

Effective Monday, October 27, 2014

· The American Valor 10 premium
bonus is decreasing from 4% to 2%

·

The Safe Return bailout cap
is decreasing to 3% for both the point-to-point and monthly averaging
indexed strategies. This is a change from the previous 50 bps spread.

Order tickets received
by Friday, October 24 must have funds in the Home Office by Friday, November
21 to receive the previous rates.

Fixed interest rates and caps
are decreasing for the American Legend III and Safe Outlook.

Rates will be determined by the date money is received, regardless of the
order ticket date. Funds must be received by Thursday, November 20 in order
to receive the previous rates.
