Minnesota Now Uses Nationwide Client Financial Disclosure Form
Minnesota now requires the nationwide Client Financial Disclosure form
(D2624213NW) instead of the Minnesota specific version. We will continue to
accept the Minnesota version through October 11, 2013. If the Minnesota
version is submitted after this date, paperwork will be considered not in
good order and could result in processing delays.
As a reminder for replacements and exchanges involving clients age 65 and
older, the annuity being purchased must offer a substantial benefit over the
annuity being replaced.
