Form Updates – SecureForeTM fixed annuity and Fixed Index Annuity Suitability forms have been updated and are available immediately for new business submission. – IL Replacement Notice will now be required any time a policy is being sold in IL as a replacement.All forms are available and can be found in the new business packs when ordering materials. There is a 30 day time period in which we will still accept the old form, but after 30 days,
business will be pended until the newest forms are received.
