Two New IAV Rate Options Both Offering the Wellbeing Rider:

1. 7.0% IAV Rate

• 1.0% fee deducted annually from Contract Value
  
• 5 year IAV Period (10 Year Max Deferral)
  
• Increases the amount of LIB payments for up to 5 years if all eligibility requirements are met
  
• Two Year Enhanced LIB Waiting Period
  
• Includes Lifetime Income Benefit Option
  
• Available for issue ages 50+

2. 6.5% IAV Rate

• .85% fee deducted annually from Contract Value
  
• 10 year IAV Period (20 Year Max Deferral)
  
• Increases the amount of LIB payments for up to 5 years if all eligibility requirements are met
  
• Two Year Enhanced LIB Waiting Period
  
• Includes Lifetime Income Benefit Option
  
• Available for issue ages 50+
