Reminder – Rate decreases effective October 27 & November 21

Please remember, due to the recent decline in 10-year treasury rates and
steadily rising volatility rates, the following changes are effective
October 27 and November 21, 2014.

Effective today, Monday, October 27, 2014

The American Valor 10 premium bonus is decreasing from 4% to 2%
The Safe Return bailout cap is decreasing to 3% for both the point-to-point and monthly averaging indexed strategies. This is a change from the previous 50 bps spread.

Order tickets received by Friday, October 24 must have funds in the Home Office by Friday, November 21 to receive the previous rates.

Effective Friday, November 21, 2014

Fixed interest rates and caps are decreasing for the American Legend
III and Safe Outlook.

Rates will be determined by the date money is received, regardless of the
order ticket date. Funds must be received by Thursday, November 20 in order
to receive the previous rates.

Please remember to complete your annual LIMRA anti-money laundering (AML) refresher course by December 31, 2014. If you do not complete the training by year-end, commissions will be held until the training is completed. If you have already completed the training, no additional
action is required.

Correction – New commission option available for American Legend III!

The American Legend III now offers a Trail AV commission option. Last week, we incorrectly stated that trail payments begin immediately with this option. However, Trail AV pays an upfront commission plus quarterly trail payments beginning in
year two. We apologize for the error.
