Please note: Crediting rates will be effective on 09/15/2014 ~ All applications issued on or after
09/15/2014 will receive the revised crediting rates, regardless of when the applications were received ~ Since the rates are effcetive mid-month you will need to run a MANUAL INTEREST RATE UPDATE for the illustration software in order to reflect the new crediting rates

On 10/01/2014 Sentinel will begin using a new supply request form. Requests for all supplies must be e-mailed to supply@sslco.comusing our *new*SUPPLY ORDER FORM. You may also log into the Producer Portal to order supplies.
On 10/01/2014 All services including New Business, Customer Service and Claims for Medicare
Supplement Applications submitted on or after 10/01/2014 will be handled in our Salt Lake City office. Should you have questions regarding the status of applications received on or after 10/01/2014, please contact our New Business department at 800.247.1423.

All Existing Medicare Supplement (applications received prior to 10/01/2014) and all Hospital Indemnity policies will still be administered by the Florida office until 01/05/2015. On 01/05/2015 Sentinel will transition the administration of the Existing Medicare Supplement and Hospital Indemnity Policies to our office in Salt Lake City. We will send additional information on the transition of the existing Medicare Supplement and Hospital Indemnity policies in future updates.
